Is it too late for SCROG???

Hi i have 2 white rhinos and 1 kandy kush under 4oo hps rite now. It is in day 2 of flowering. I realy want to scrog my plants. just read around and it says its bad or something. So im wondering is it too late to scrog or can i start????

It might be hard to start this late into the plants growth especially if the stocks are to thick and woody already, but you might have a chance if your strain stretches alot during the switch. always water before training to help bend the stems.

Its not too late. The strains Ive scrogged with I switched to 12/12 when they were even with the screen, I tied them down and filled out the screen during the couple weeks of growth

Any one think ill get more yeild scroging or not scroging at this point??
