plant is about 5 weeks old flowering, initially i didn't want to trim the bottom branches cause it was starting to look bushy with alot of bud sites, but now all that bushiness is preventing light to right these bottom limbs. If i trim them, will the plant still continue to grow ? Will the plant grow better up top? or will it completely hault its growth?

help plz, thx :D

clean the bottom half of the plant after 2weeks of flowering. preferably you would want to take off all shit that the canopy will block in flowering about a week or two before flowering. the 2weeks into flowering clean up all the rest that doesnt look like it is gettin good light. plants tend to go through a stretching phase in the first two weeks of flower. after that it is all about da fruits so dont disturb em just water em.

5 weeks is way too late. You're going to send them in to shcok and effect the yield a lot. Any major changes should be done by the 2nd week, 3rd week at the very very latest.

I have another peice of advice i forgot to mention above......Have you ever thought about adding in some cfls for side lighting? cuz you really should do it, works especially well when paired with my first suggestion too.......
