Hi there,

My plants were left un watered for a little while. The bigger plants weren't affected because the bigger pots held more water. But the little plants, their soil dryed out and they started to wilt one turned a little yellow, i watered them and took out from under the light for a few hours. After this i placed them under the light again for a a few hours then turned the lights out. I looked at them this morning and they hadn't gotten any worse still wilty looking though. I was just wondering if a plant starts to wilt and get gross looking from underwatering and you catch it before it completly dies and water it, will it usually bounce back and does it take a couple of days to plump up again. IS there anything i can do to help it get better?

watering cycles are depending on the soil/medium volume, plant stain and the age of the plant. the is only the rule of thumb that the medium should not be totally soaked after watering and the leaves shouldn't get to droopy.

100ml a day or 200ml every 48 hours
^^ this is stupid, since with smaller volumes of medium it will lead straight into root rot and with larger volumes not enough:roll:
