[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] Is a 70W HPS lamp system with all it needs to light up already wired with a domestic plug, ballast, capacitor and power cable. No external ignitor is needed. Worth paying £50 for on ebay?? I cant find anything like this anywhere around where I live.

You limey bastards got home depots there?

They sell exactly what you are describing for less than half that in the US.

I'm assuming it's a security light type fixture?

EDIT: price of a 150w 78 bleedin pounds! THATS 113 DOLLARS FOR 150W SECURITY LIGHT! arggggg. Not that great is it compared to u dudes in USA getting 150w systems for like...... 30 dollars or something?

Deffo man. Go with the screw fix thing. I saw a grow with the 70w hps on another site. looked good and alright for small plants ( ofcourse ) its got better penetration than cfls but yeah i think as an overhead lamp to like 3-4 plants it would be awesome with like 80 watts surrounding it or like cfl surround like for 2 plants or so though it would rule. in the future im gonna use it so yeah. Its also 2050k btw its alright i wouldnt worry too much.

Peace

Thats so cool u grew outside in UK what time did u place them outside? pretty impressive i might veg some plants indoors then just miracle grow soil somewhere and plant them and come back at the right time and hope for buds. do it with bagseed, then theres no loss :D. Erm Just keep on these forums and alls good. Just light which seems like uve got sorted. Soil which sounds like ur good. Expereience u have some . Alls good i suppose.

I dont know of any grower that gets thier lights from a Lowes or a Home Depot. We all go to indoor gardening shops. Not tryn to be rude here but a 70 watter is going to produce next to nothing. At the least find a 400 watter. My first grow was with 5 t5 flouros and it didnt produce Shit! Then i switched to a 400 watt hps for the next crop and it was a night and day difference. Its worth the extra money

I had them in a green house and when woolworths was opened i just stuck a 30 day drip feeder in there it work ok but i have seen one grown outside and that got massive. The grower just planted it and let it grow. lucky for some.
