is my CFL to much for my seedlings

hi guys just started some seeds in a propagator and they come though. but when i went to get my nebular light 125w the tubes are broken. I've got a CFL but its a 300w do you think it would be to much light for the seedlings. and how long should i keep the seedlings in the propagator for. they about 3 days old starting to stretch a bit as I've given them no light. many thanks for any reply's.
 
Wont be too much light if kept far enough away. Look into correct distance to keep that light and you should be fine. Much easier to manage a bit of stretch than to fix light burn issues.
