I would def. get more lights. Your not going to like the outcome... using 40watts total of lighting.
Secondly, your using a freaking desktop lamp for light?? That's a no no.
I would suggest READING before attempting to grow Cannabis.. and at least know the basics before you try growing.
IMO, you just waste those seeds.. I mean yeah sure.. they're growing now. But, your yields are going to be shit. period.
You just don't have enough lumens.. especially when you switch them to flowering.. using 40watts of (Unknown type of bulbs) you'll
be really lucky to maybe yield 3 or 4 grams. Maybe 1 or 2 grams after you have dried the buds...
So, again.. I would just start over buddy.

Yeah bro, hard to begin on what to say. The good: Your setup is neat and clean, always keep it spotless.
The bad: Learn about lighting and what Cannabis likes, google will deliver it all to you in less than 15 minutes. Spend everything can afford to and give your plants the best light you can, period.
Do not put those things on 12/12, all they'll do is fall over and die anyway.
Not trying to be a dick, but growing weed takes a lot of research and effort, more than you'd think. Get yourself a plan that at minimum, gets you from seed to flower. Learn about germination, vegging and identifying when a plant is maturing. I set a timetable to veg for 4 weeks and flower for 8. After my first grow, it ended up being vegging for 30 days and flowering for 60, not bad at all and wasn't easy, but I got 45g from the plant.

For sure you need more lights. a desk lamp won't cut it. Also i wouldn't listen to Dank. if they were males, why would you grow them anyway. You need to do some basic research before starting a grow to make it successful. Your setup doesn't rock either. Aluminum foil is the what you want to use. Mylar or flat white painted walls etc., RESEARCH then begin. all the info you need is here on this site. sort through it then begin.

You can veg with any light, it doesn't really matter. it will still grow. have your lights to 18/6 asap on/off. When you decide to start flowering you will need alot more light.
with lighting with CFL use
VEG (growing): 5800-6500k.
Flowering (budding): 2700k.
u want over 10,000 lumens for buds and currently you probs have around 2000. but that ok, if you in Veg stage, but it will have a slow growth.
You probably want some good soil with clay balls at the bottom for drainage.
I used 1 24w house lamp to grow (was really really slow) and it worked. but now for flowering i bought some more lights.
