Is my lighting good? or is it over kill?

my lighting setup is,
1x clamp light rated for 150w
2x 24" floresent tube lights
2x cfl 23w bulbs 100w con/5600k
1x 24" ecolux plant grow light /T8
1x 24" ecolux daylight tube /T12/5600k
1x 24" lights of america tube /T8/4200k
is that good?

That question cant be answered without knowing the number of plants you are growing. It might be too much for one and not enough for 100. Also the size of the grow area factors in too. One thing I noticed is that you dont have any lights that will do you much good for flowering. You need 2700k lights for that.

it also depends on how close you are getting flouros to the foliage - doesn't sound like overkill to me

well this is my girl

well your girl looks healthy, i dont understand why your asking, looks like its working great, each plant is dif in terms of how much light it uses, for example, i use only 2700k cfls, 4x 40w and 4x 24w i was growing 3 plants but one went male and now a seedling is in his spot and all three are growing great
