Is my plant dying or is this normal?

please tell me you have drain holes???

also you shoulda used more perlite in that mix the soil is going to compact n not drain if it hasn't already especially if u have no drain holes. I went thru quite a few plants starting out stick with it n seriously get a support n fan on it asap or its dead
