You really don't need 10 CFL's for one plant... Most CFL lights these days have a low wattage but a higher wattage output for light. So they'll be 30w but produce 117w worth of light for example. I have 2 of those and they produce 1700lumens each, I'm under the assumption that if positioned correctly, 3 or 4 CFL's will suffice for 1 plant.10 more cfls for 1 plant seems kinda strange
