Is my plant okay?

What's up with the leaf in the pic with just one plant? I transplanted them from seed raising soil into a 80/20% mix of soil with slow release fertilizer and perlite two days ago. Temps are too high for a few of the plants right now, I'm getting my fan positioned better today, I hope. Do you think it is heat stress?

How is my set up looking in general? 9 plants and the box is a little small so the two plants in smaller green pots at the front don't get a light to themselves and just get moved around each day to share excess light. I'm hoping to get rid of at least four when they show the sex. When the fan is positioned properly the temp near the top leaves stays around 76F which should be good enough.

Plus all the plants have red stems! Is this a PH problem? I'm watering with tap water, no PH checking because I though I was the best.

they're fine, and that one burnt spot your worried about is probably from the light rubbing on the leaf.. somwhow

if you use chemical nutes, dont use more then half strength, i repeat dont use full strength unless you want your plants to die!!

Thanks for the reply. The light above that plant did seem loosely attached so you're probably right. I've got it secured now though. You think the red stems are no problem? I've got some organic fertilizer that is for blooming plants, I was going to add some in the flowering stage if needed but I'm very wary of adding any excess fertilizer when my soil has time release fertilizer in it. Won't add anything for a month at least.

Fan is positioned as well as possible but it looks like the tenps are at 82F just under the lights. Will this cause problems?

just dont let it hit 90 and you'll be fine. you should start giving nutes in a week. you have organic stuff too, its a lot easier on your plants so you can use full strength. don't worry about the red stems, skinny stems and branches get cold and turn red.
