Is my plant strong??

Hey guys, i just started my first grow ( its White widow femilized) and i think it looks kinda weak atm, its pretty thing and about 3/4-1 1/4 inches tall, is that good?? I have it under 24/0 light for now, will switching it to 18/6 be better?? thanks!!!

If you are unsure It may be better to slow things down a bit, 18/6, give you more time to make adjustments if needed.

Plants that receive 18/6 are better off than those of 24/7, due to the fact that there is no appreciable growth of the plant after 18/6. so keep at 18/6.
