Way to early to tell. You can usually tell about 5 to 6 weeks in.

No but I have had harvested plants where you couldn't tell the diff.

Very general guidelines:

Fat Leaves and Short Bush = INDICA
Thin Leaves and Tall Bush = SATIVA

You'll be able to tell as she grows more...

It's clearly too early to tell which it is, but it definitely is a male.
