Is my seedling Ok?!

So planted this white widow Sunday and besides legging behind two other seedlings of another strain, one of it's leaves look screwy. It still has a bit of seed membrane on it, I'm assuming just leave it? Help?

If there is any Fertilizer in that soil, It's cooking it. The angle of the pic is too steep. Need a profile shot.

I have 3 other seedlings in the same soil and they seem fine. Using premier potting soil. It doesn't have any nutes in it (or at least doesn't say it does anywhere on the bag) here's a pic of a blueberry (right) and utopia haze (left) same soil and plant day. Can't do much better for pic sorry. If it's not nute burn will it survive?

It's really not looking good :/. Seems all morphed and miscoloured in many ways. True leaves are coming in so hope that'll save it

It genuinely just could be an interior seed and you just got unlucky.

It looks a little better than it did though. Only time will tell :).

You should not water it so lightly. You should water the seedling enough to were the water is evenly spread. Looks like when you water you are not getting the soil wet enough.
