Is my soil hot or light?

Greetings RIU!
I've got a little problem with my 3.5 week old plants. They have thin and light green colored leaves so I was thinking mby they have N deficiency, I've fed them once with light bio-grow on third week. So I was thinking should I start feeding them more often but wanted to ask from you first.
I'm using store bought soil, from the looks of it seems quite good quality (I don't have FoxFarms or any other highly recommended soils where I'm from). I mixed in perlite.

Soil specifics are:
composted soil mix (wood pellets, chicken quano, light peat)
dolomite lime 3kg/m3 that makes 77,85 ft3/lb <- is it okay or would should I mix in some myself?
ph 6.5
NPK values are:
N 100mg/l (450mg/kg)
P 60mg/l (270mg/kg)
K 400mg/l (1800mg/kg)

Grow thread with some pics is here

Was that 6.5pH from measuring your runoff?
And I'm just curious to know if that bag lists chickenshit as "chicken guano" :?:

uh, did I read that as 3 KG of dolomite lime?! I don't understand that part.
i'm confused, how much soil did you make?
That's almost seven pounds of d.lime to us Americans.. holy crap
And i'd say that if the compost was a lot of chicken manure, composted or not, and you'll have plenty of nitrogen there, so I suspect your problem lying elsewhere.
can you clarify what you meant with the lime?

Honestly don't know, there isn't english label. Manure, quano means the same in my language.

When converted it should be 3gram/liter or 0,025pound/gallon.

I suppose it could also be anaerobic soil, which would have bad bacteria in it. That could also cause this problem.
You might want to transplant those lady's before they become too stunted.

Thanks, will do.
Do the containers feel heavy when you pick them up? How often, and how much are you watering them?

They don't look too bad, but the leaves drooping in the last couple pics look like they could be over watered
Ive watered once a week or so. I've noticed it myself. Possible that they got less perlite than other 3 and they dont like water staying near the roots too long. Gonna replant hopefully it will fix it.
