is one 200w cfl enough

i am about to convert an old upright freezer(single door model) for a grow cab...i am going to be running autos in it...i have a 200w cfl @6500k with a hydrofarm light hood...would it be enough for a freezer/cab...i can supplement with 2700k 23w side lighting...w99

There is MINIMUM lumens needed, and there is AMPLE or very much enough.

Your one 65k bulb is enough, for VEGGING, but you will neeed several 2700k bulbs for Flowering.. CFLs check that out.
