Is seedling dead?

Hello all germinated 8 seeds and 7 have popped up looking nice and green but one of the seeds hasn't popped up after about 4/5 days, lightly scraped the coco off and took a pic do you guys think this one is dead or? Thinking of germinating another now

Thanks, I just gave them a quick spray before I took the photo as the coco coir dries out pretty fast. But thank you will throw a bit more dry soil on the top
