Is she done yet and why cant i keep the smell has me stumped....

have you jarred the bud up for a nice cure? I noticed my buds dont smell as strong when dried, but when i cure for 2 weeks the smell starts coming along real nice. by third week i get some funky pungent aromas.
 
yeah I jared some up it smells like hay and it went brown I open the jars every 10/12 hours I just don't understand....
 
I'm in the middle of harvesting my first grow and my ladies smelled really strong from about week 3 on, but I noticed with the branches I first harvested, they lost their smell completely within a few hours, then nothing but a slight grassy smell. But, after a couple weeks in the jars, they are back to smelling like they did on the plant. So, I'm just assuming that it's normal.
 
the smell should come back after about a month in a jar, providing the buds weren't over dried. can't tell by the pics how close they are. try to get some pics as close up as possible for posting. GL

yeah sorry about the pics they are alittle bad..
 
May not have dried them enough or your burp isnt long enough throw them in a paper bag for 2-3 days
 
I've noticed that sometimes when the hay smell doesn't go away and the buds turn brown its a sign that the plant was harvested too early. Not always though. Good luck, hope the smell comes back after a cure.
