Is she “in flower” ???

So would you guys consider this plant to be in flower now or is this preflower?

I know my training sucks but I cracked a branch right at the main so I backed way off on the training
 
Looks good a lot of people really are scared of trimming picking leaves and stuff which is kind of funny ,my son is running my room right now where I’m outta town for a few months ,he’s a newbie to growing, cutting clones ,trimming ,picking leaves ,I showed him once and he’s running with it and doin a good job ,so don’t worry about breaking a branch and stuff these plants are very resilient
 
I have been pruning almost everyday a small amount of fans that are blocking bud sites. The break I’m talking about wasn’t a little one, it was right where a main meets the trunk.

Now that one is the tallest one because I can’t pull it down anymore. So I let some of the other ones kinda run with the tall one
