looks like a root rot to me, cant see root aphid eggs. Root rots are fucked, its in the medium now, h2o2 will only knock it back for a few days. Ive battled it, sent plants to the lab to confirm my suspicions & learned about fusarium phytopthora & pythium, then learned the way to beat it

I dont see Brown roots,but plants are growing really slow,I tought that were becouse I had bad eviroment for a while and Its becouse too low humidity.Thats are seedlings and that strange appers around bigger Chunks of coco,but Its not on roots or steams.u think it may be fusarium or pythium?
What kind of lab can Check it?
I dont have clue,and im in Europe So it can be a problem,but im not sure maybe there are labs that can Check it.

Did u tried hypohlorus Acid product like Athena cleanse?
 
could be Trichoderma.
"Trichoderma is a beneficial fungus which occurs naturally in coconut fibre "
