Is there a need to cure

I have a plant that is ready to be cut now in the next 2 day's, this plant is going to be shared between me and a friend and wont be stored, what would be the best way for me to give him his, of course i will dry it out but should i cure it in any way before he get's it

I have never cured before and reading i can see it can easily do more damage from inexperience than good, what would be the best result's without curing and best thing to store it in, eg. glass jar with small hole in top
My smoking tin etc. dont want ruined smoke, but something fairly reliable at the same time with out going into a full cure.

if you want it to be harsh,not burn well,and taste like ass..then dont cure it

Dry it to curing moisture levels then give it to him with instructions( that you repeat to him about 40 times) so you dont have to hear how it grew mold. Better yet, tell him to get his azz over there and help you trim.
