Is there any point to keeping trimmings from veg plants?

My plants are in their 5th week of vegging and I just topped them and trimmed the tops to make clones. Are the trimmings worth saving to make hash or extract or should I just compost them?

Waste of space IMO. Maybe someone has a way of extracting something from it.....but I don't think so. No trichs then no use.

I wouldnt bother, i have heard a few people say they dried a top and got a small buzz, but im extremely skeptical and think the placebo effect may have something to do with it.

I'm with this man.
I try to waste nothing.
Smoke the dank buds.
Cook up some cannabutter with all the trim (obtained during flowering and at harvest, not during veg).
Feed the larger leaves and pre flowering trim to the rabbits :)
WASTE NOT WANT NOT. ;)

I kinda figured it wouldn't be good for smoking/extracting but thought it was worth it to ask. Thank you all kindly for the responses.

I don't have rabbits but I do have chickens (growing my own nutes). On starter feed now but they'll be garbage guts in a few weeks.

Update: rabbits gone this morning lol... thx to mrs watching gate open and not closing.... compost it is now then :)
