Go to 420 evaluations on 4th st in downtown san Jose. U can get a growers permit there that allows you under "state law" to have up to 99 plants.

That is a scam, there is no such thing as a Grower's Certificate. That is a way for some rip-off clinics to get more money out of you. There is nothing in the law that describes such a thing, it has been proven that the law does not recognize it.

The law in your county or city is what local law enforcement will use as a guideline. So what matters is how well you can talk with them. The plant guidelines that were described in SB 420 of 6 mature or 12 immature plants per patient have been struck down as unconstitutional by an Appellate Court decision, "the Kelly decision."

Great point by RIU (thanks!) but also keep in mind...that 99 plant limit is frightfully close to the 99+ count number the DEA likes to use for targeting raids. I understand everyone's situation is different and edibles patients in particular can go through alot, but...is it worth it? What I have learned (and still learning) is to grow bigger, better plants... not more of them. Makes you a better gardener, turns out better medicine AND keeps the plant counts lower! just my .02 cents ;)

x2, I was laughing at people paying!100 for a card to plant 99 plants in my county. My county states you can only have 12 veg plant or 6 adult plants.

Is all about money to them.

Thanks everyone for the information. It has really helped me a lot. No scams needed....

I agree to grow bigger and better as well. I have included a couple of comparison pics. Here is half of one of my plants drying from my last grow. Kens GDP. The picture of all the stems hanging doesn't do the size any justice until you look at the second pic of my arm next to a couple of the stems....I am 6'3" 275lbs. Large quality plants with large dense buds!

I was hoping to get a license to be able to do way more of that!

Thanks again,
