Is this 6x6 set up efficient for 6-8 plants

Hi I’m new to growing as I’m preparing to start my first grow , I’m a go big or go home kind of guy but I also don’t have thousands of dollars to spend. I’ve been doing lots of research reading books and watching YouTube videos all on the most efficient ways to grow good quality but also high yielding plants. This is the tent I planned on buying but would like to ask everyone here their opinions .

I live in Florida and I’m doing this grow in my extra bedroom, my house stays on 68 at all times so I also was wondering if I’ll need a ac unit for the tent? Anything helps !
