I’m almost 5 weeks in I didn’t plan on feeding any nutes until week 5 at least because I’m using FFOF soil

Gotcha. Pretty sure they want to start snacking.
Probably a cal mag def going on plus the medium is (getting) depleted of the pre charge.
Less is more when it comes to feeding. Start low ec/ppm then watch to see how they respond over the next few days (3-7) .

No FFOF expert here but that certainly doesn't look like a "cal-mag" issue. No yellowing between the veins and your petioles are even nice and green.
Is it just the one leaf?
I assume you are using led's with the size and shape of the leaves?

Not a cal-mag deficiency but a calcium deficiency.

I’m using 600w HPS lights at about 15” away from plant and it happened on a few leaves with the holes but the brown color only happened on one leaf.No FFOF expert here but that certainly doesn't look like a "cal-mag" issue. No yellowing between the veins and your petioles are even nice and green.

They actually look pretty healthy..... I would probably just ride it out for a bit. Start throwing to many of the wrong nutes at them and you can cause yourself a whole lot more issues. 15'' might be a little close. I assume you are using correct PH water? And it is de-chlorinated?
