i need a bigger exhaust fan for my 85 cubic foot grow room. im going to use my exhaust fan for a intake fan(it's 160cfm still air). is this a good deal? should it fix my heat issue?

it cant be to loud i live in a trailer park. you have any suggestions on a inline fan? i have $120 on my paypal account to spend. what size exhaust fan should i use for this size room if using a 160cfm intake fan?
