b4 i had a crappy light and thas why its all stretched but now this way it aint stretched @ all up top. is this good? thnx in advance =]

still hella stretched on top. You might wanna train it using LST technique.
Basically bending it over with a wire or something. Check the growfaq about it

lose the foil, go buy some Y splitters at wal-mart (or just jack them) and get some more light on it, some fresh air too

too stretched. while you are at walmart get some emergency camping blankets too. 2 bucks and work well.

dude. it looks like your using 1 cfl and using the wrong color cfl....get atleast 2 -23 watt 6k cfls. 6k are the ones that come out a white color. the color you have is yellow.
