large picture yes it’s a male appendage.

If it’s the only one I would take your plant out of your room. Snip it off and bag it, place plant back in room and watch carefully.

Are you 100% cos there’s a couple that look similar but have pistols coming out of it? Butttt, if i do what your advising is this going to effect my yeild a lot?

You don’t get rid of male parts all you’re going to yield is seeds.

so you need to do some research and keep an eye on it like advised.

maybe post a few more zoomed in pics for people to see

personally if that isn’t main top then I would just cut the branch off under the male part and bag it.

then as I said just watch it closely.
 
Dang, that’s weird looking. Not quite like male flowers I am used to but then those are on male plants. You can hedge your bets by just cutting it off and keeping an eye on the plant, as advised above. I had a similar situation with a weird protuberance that made me nervous last year. I just picked it off and kept an eye on the plant, but it wasn’t a problem. Buds turned out good with no seeds, didn’t see any other male-like flowers or protuberances.
 
Thanks for advice I’ve pick that fucker off and gonna keep close attention. Do you think it’s looking healthily, it’s my first grow?

If it hasn't opened just pinch it with oily fingers
