I noticed each bud on one of my 00 seeds blueberry plants has this wierd growth on the top. Is it a banana or some kind of mutation? Another friend thinks a reveg but not sure how during flowering

It is not hermie, if it were hermie you would see flowers with both male and female structures. These are bananas or "nanners," it's pretty much just the inner strtture of the male flower that can occur due to genetics or prolonged stress.
Take tweezers and wet the tips with water and gently remove those bananas and check for more, since they are already open male parts they don't have to mature before releasing pollen but they release it right away as soon as you see them. Many times they can be sterile but better not to risk it.
Ps: you need the water to sterilize the pollen when harvesting the banana so you don't spread it around
You're welcome brother, however I repeat, if you want to save all the plants inspect well and remove with tweezers and water the bananas, the last option would be to remove the plant and if you have the chance grow it elsewhere or kill it. I have never killed a plant but if you have a lot of plants it is not worth the risk for just one
