Yep thats a Hermie. Try to remove as many of them as possible with wet tweezers so you don't spread the pollen when you pull them out.

It has 1 week nutes and 2 weeks of flush left so 3 weeks total. This is my first RDWC hydro grow. Tips are welcome

Hermie, late flower "nanner". Just a last ditch effort for the plant to polleniate itself. I had many strains do this. I wouldent worry about it at all if your 2 weeks or so until finish. You could drive yourself crazy and search everywhere and tweeze them out. Or just let them be and harvest, then wash/wipe down your entire grow room, just to be sure no pollen is hanging around for your next crop.
But yeah as far as these bananas polleniating your shit now unless your more then 3 weeks to go then dont sweat it bro

You don't need two week flush , maybe two days of that just snap a fan lead off and taste it if it taste like water your good . And by those last set of pics more like four weeks gl
