Is this a male plant?

Hi,

This has been in the flower stage for a few weeks now, I think it might be a male but thought i would check before cutting it down.

Looks female to me. I can faintly see a pistol in pic 2. Need a closeup on those pods to be sure.

Easy test to be sure. If little hairs stick out of the 'pods' then it's female. If it has a stem, it's male.

male, watch to see if there are any little white hairs or calyxes. with the males they look the same at first because the leaves in the male parts look like white hairs. if you get the round pollen sacks hanging down after a couple weeks its ready to release pollen . there will never be white hairs on males or hanging pollen sacks on a female. A female in 2-3 wks flowering should have nitoceable white hairs and preflowers even Sativa types

It looks like a male to me, a females balls dont look so much as balls as they do tear drops with the hairs coming out the pointy end. These pictures are definite male. Remember even if you let the pollen sacks develop but not open there is always a few specs of pollen that escape so in a small grow area such as a indoor grow there is a high chance of you getting seeds even if you took the males out before they opened their flowers.

Hermy I see sacks and a hair

Thats a male. The calyxs on a female dont swell that much until late in flowering. By then they have definite stigma coming out.

yea thick its a male. The other two plants have white hairs but this one doesn't. Will do the deed tomorrow. Thanks
