to early to tell, would help if a lil closer but no that does not appear to be a male. imo it looks like the beginning stages of a female pre flower. How old is your plant?

It just looks like a really small leaf I can't see anything to tell if it's a male or not

My money is on female, you should be seeing a white hair come out soon then you'll know for sure shes a lady . I'd give her a week at most before you see it.
