Is this a nanner? Or a seed in my bud?

Hey guys, kinda new to growing here.. This is my 4th run, and my first time running into a hermie. I can't tell if this is a seed developing, or if it's a nanner, but I've only noticed one on one plant and I noticed it yesterday.. what do you guys recommend I do about it? I don't want to cut the whole plant but I also don't want totally seeded buds aha.. would it pollinate my whole tent if I left it? I have about 20 days of flower left (I'm on day 40).. could I pluck out the nanner/seed? That sounds like it could stress the plant out more and also release pollen. I've also read about people chopping the single nugs off, but that sounds super stressful for her.. what could I safely do to reduce the chances of the other plants getting pollinated other than cut the whole plant?

Also if it's a seed, does that mean the bud must've been pollinated by different plant or a nanner? If so I want to find which one could've pollinated it but I haven't seen any other signs of hermie...

Often you can locate the culprit nanner low on a plant.

Once they bust pollen they even drop a little flowerlet looking husk.
 
Gotta work to prevent fibers and hairs from getting in the grow. Sucks picking them out and if burnt in a bowl you will regret it.

Okay thank you. I'll take a look asap tomorrow, my lights just turned off. What if i cant find a nanner? Is it possible for a seed to grow like that without another nanner?
 
There has to be a source of pollen to make a seed.

The culprit nanner is probably long gone as that seed has been growing a little while. Just look for more.

Okay thanks alot for the help! I have an idea of which one it was I just have to look harder.. hopefully my whole tents not all seeded up it was going so well :(
 
It looks like a seed. Better rip that plant up and toss it in the compost pile. It's worthless now. A seed! The horror...
 
I'd be more worried about smoking that lint/hair on your bud than that seed. I'm sorry but that just sickens me and is a reason I don't smoke other peoples weed. They have dogs,cats, wear sweaters around their plants. I'd rather smoke a seed than foreign matter. I see multiple fibers on that bud.

Other than that looks like some good bud. Good job. Next time keep the lint off. Sorry but it's a thing with me. Gotta keep the lint, hair,and other stuff off your weed.
Do you have filters on your air intakes?

I didn't ask if the seed rendered it worthless, and smoking a single seed wasn't my concern... I just didn't want it pollinating my other plants and filling them all with seeds.. I don't understand why you guys have to bash newer growers for asking questions.

Most of it is being made into concentrates anyways so a few hairs isn't a huge deal, but yeah I still agree it's bad and shouldn't be in my bud.. regardless Its common knowledge hairs are bad, I really don't need you to tell me about how it sickens you.. it's my personal grow for my own use and those hairs won't end up in the final product anyways :) thanks for your concern..

Dude no one is bashing anyone, advice was given and then you just have to assume were all slightly retarded due to smoking shit loads of weed.

If lint is all thats on your bud i wouldnt worry, i have some gnat speckled bud from the last uprising in my tent, smokes ok tbh, taste a lot like chicken :-)

That seed will not pollinate the plant. If there was a few nanners that you didn't see they have already released the pollen. Judging by the development of that seed it happened awhile ago. It looks like your getting close to harvest so the only thing to do is finish them out. You might find a few more seeds but there is nothing you can do about it at this point.

And yes I got into the Gin last night. Don't take my posts the wrong way.

Yeah I guess bashing was a little bit of an off term for what he said, but his sarcastic comment that didn't really answer my question is what I was talking about. Yes, there is a seed but I didn't think the plant was worthless from the 1 seed, I was originally just wondering if it would pollinate the others.

Youll be fine, finish everything as normal, if you find nannas carefully tweezer off.

You will have the odd see nothing more maybe find a small patch around a naba you missed.

This is all perfectly normal, ignore hermie stuff its not relevant, even seeded bud smokes dank.

Most growers expect the odd seed, will go as skillz increase or you find a strain that treats you better.

Reaction to stress and nit being pollinated as a loose rundown.

Buds fine, primo, bella dona, mona lisa, bellissimo, dank ass.... Yer its fine...

Grow on dude :-)
 
Any specifics ive missed phrase into a single sentence question or close enough and ill get back at some point later or tomorrow. All questions should be eady to answer on this one.
