Is this a pistol on my plant? It is getting close to being 5 weeks old so almost time to start showing sex

It’s the best I’ve got at the moment..However, you can clearly see what I have circled

It looks like it but i dont see the hair sticking out of it.

Everywhere that a leaf connects to a stem, there will be a new branch. Thats the start of that branch. The first pic looks more like a pistil.
