is this a sign of early bud rot?

So im going on my third week of flower and a buddy of mine pointed out that my bud looks like its got bud rot . What do you think you guys?im a noob so im not sure.

Pluck the bud off and open it up. It it is brown or gooey inside then yes you have bud rot.

pretty early to have bud rot. keep your RH below 60% check that one if you want to confirm.

looks healthy to me, slight nute burn on tips. if this is your only main cola, leave it. if you have many, pluck it and open it up.

doesn't look like any sort of rot imo, not much bud formation for rot to set in. not trying to be mean, just mean it's still early in flower for any sort of rot..

Also i do a weekly maintenance foiler spray of neem oil.does neem prevent fungus?
