Is this a “wire worm” and what to do about it?

Found him in my mulch, and killed him. Sounds like they reproduce slowly which is good, but how should I approach this? 2-3 week in flower, 4x4 bed notill.

I have BTI dunks/DE/Ahimsa neem oil/Spinosad/Pryrethyn or whatever it’s called. I’m worried this could cause an issue
