Is this all i need for a co2 setup?

get the first one that is more expensive, you obviously need a tank for the c02 and you need the tubeing for the c02 to come out of the sprayer

yea thats easy to get. i just wanted to know about the regulator. thanks

You need those 2 things, not JUST the regulator, you need a way to keep it from being on all the time, thats what the second item is, its an electric solenoid attached to an air valve that then will let the CO2 out at timed periods, you don't want all co2 all the time, you will run out of a 50 pound bottle in a couple days that way, and co2 can kill you if its levels get too high. you MUST have the solenoid to make it all work. so in short, you need both items, plus a tank.
