Is this bad?

no worries necessarily. fertilizer differs from veg ferts to bloom ferts, often reducing nitrogen, first leaves to go are the oldest
ones, no longer processing efficiently. I clip mine off before I go into flower and only see this as my plant matures, from diminishing resources at maturity, just like outside trees do.

Do you think that's the problem? And I'm afraid to nutrient burn it
It looks good in color but will start turning fast.

Most bloom nutes are low in N.

Losing leaves is not normal until late flower.

What soil is that and what have you been feeding and how much.

The whole bloom nutrient thing is mostly bullshit. A good balanced feed all the way through works great.

The make two sets for people to buy more.

I've run dynagro one part 9-3-6 and it works great.

Don't buy into the hype of all the bs nutrient companies sell.

Only certain strains will need high P or K.

Plus you know that thing is burning N fast from stretch. There is none left so its taking from old growth.

Losing leaves in early flower is not normal and due to lack of N in bloom foods.

I haven't used bloom yet, I have advanced nutrients bloom and big bud, my friend gave it all to me, so my next watering, I'm going to feed it, I'm not sure how much though, it says 2ml/L and i did that before and it burnt all the smaller growth, the big leaves and tops weren't affected , but the new small shoots had burns, but when I used it I did see a huge difference the day or two after

Well let's make sure first. Out of those which did you use and how much? How often? Did you water until 20% run off?

If you didn't get good run off it could be salt build up causing lock out.

you don't need to do it every time, just when you start to suspect salts building up. if your soil doesn't have good drainage, it builds up faster. give it a good water till you see about 20% or so come out the bottom of the pot, then let it drain good.

Yea I've never done that before, plus it's a bucket, not a real pot, and i had to put holes in the bottom of it. Are you sure my plant wont stress from being overwaterd? Or drown? Or root rot?

So your saying water it until I see run off? Because I'm never done that before, won't that drown the plant?
Yes. If using synthetics you need to have water come out of the pot.

If you been watering a little at a time then you have a problem.

Water it thoroughly until good run off. Let it dry. You need a good wet dry cycle for pH swing for proper nutrient uptake.

When you feed either feed half to full strength and feed, water, feed, water, feed, water, etc.

Or mix 1/4 strength and feed every water.

Both with run off.

Proper watering technique is important.

Keep it green to the end. Don't listen to people that say yellow is normal. Only certain strains is it normal.

Plenty more pics in my thread. I show some of my screw ups to.

Overwatered is giving a plant water before its needed...soil still wet. When a plant uses up water in soil and its time to water again you cant give it too much water as excess will drain out.
You actually do more harm by underwatering by not allowing excess salts to drain out of container.
Only way to drown it is if you didnt have drain holes lol

Also, how much do you think I'll yeild? Its in a 5 gallon bucket, 400w metal halide, yes I know it's not a HPS but MH is all I have.
Its about 8 inches tall , I switched to flowering 4 days ago, and it is a female

Over water is bad in soil that holds moisture and will kill a plant. Over water is a common problem for new growers.

You are correct with a fast draining medium.

It hard tell the difference. Both will cause droop.

Under water the leaf stem will relax and the leaves will lay down against the plant. Chronic under water will cause yellowing and necrosis spots.

Over water the leaf will droop but leaf stems stay straight.

Over water will cause yellowing and rotted looking leaves.
