Is this bud box tent good for soil growing?

im going to be useing a similar size, 120x80x155, u will be able to run 2-4 plants tho due to height restrictions ull have to try "LST" or "SCRoG" to cover as much ground as possible for max yeild. and as for equipment there is a fair list, better off posting all of what u have already.

Will be getting plagron, some fertilizers, 6500K and 2700K CLF lamps.
But which type of plagron is best and what can substitute the three foxfarm products? Also how many CLF lamps should i buy????

under LST and SCRoG methods, do i cover the ground directly underneath the plant pot, or, actually underneath the tent (outside the tent)?
