Is this bud rot?

I have a plant that has foxtailed qhit a bit.and the foxtail buds have started to get brown spots and flop a bit. I took a bud off and have pics but I'm not sure. The stem is bright green still but leaves are turning brown in parts of the small colas on the foxtail branches.

I have pics of a bud and some microscope pics as well.


Any help.is appreciated.

Do you have fan's blowing on your plants?, Do you feed (water) in the morning or night?

I have fans and water in the morning.

That is the way I would do it, wish I could help with what looks like rot.

I would get (one or another) exhaust fan to make sure stale air is being pulled away from the area so it has negative pressure. Ive never seen bud rot unless its on golf ball sized nugs that cant get airflow to the stem.

What inthe pictures made you certain that it is budrot? I've.never had it before am am not real familiar so I could.use the pointers.

Because that brown on the nugs on the first picture is 100% not due to natural fading or heat when drying the nugs. It looks like they were grown in 80%+ humidity with barley any air being exhausted and thats extremely harmful to top shelf bud development. those nugs look like they were grown in a cloning chamber and it made them rot. Personally I use 4X 205CFM exhaust fans in a 5x5x10 room and thats still not enough to fully get rid of all the humidity to get close to home humidity in the 30% range. We also have no info on how you grew these nugs, was it out door, green house, indoor etc

Most of my budrot in the past was because of root rot.
If your environment is perfect, I'd suspect the root zone. I flower in 80%humidity all the time with good airflow and I spray even during lights on without any detrimental affects.
In saying this, I've also noticed in the past some strains get budrot easlier than others.
There's even a strain called critical plus 2.0 which is supposed to be almost bud rot proof.
