Sorry hun, today has been crazy..Epsom salts will do the trick, start 1/4 tsp to gallon of distilled water (if available) and give it a thorough watering. Wait a few days and let's see how she's doing

calmag is a product.....if look at this chart and look at the sample of a pic... it looks more to be manganese.

Ressurecting this thread because I don't know how to tell the difference between magnesium and manganese deficiency.
The only place I can find manganese is in a multivitamin… is there anything in there that can hurt a plant in large doses? I'm looking at huge amounts of vitamin c vitamin b6 and b12 vitamin d vitamin A vitamin E and only 2mg of manganese so is it worth adding all that other stuff for 2mg of manganese?

Manganese is used in such small amounts that I would suspect a ph lockout or nutrient imbalance preventing its uptake. Or, I'd suspect magnesium just because that occurs so much more often.
I would either
- Flush. The last gallon containing mild nutrients. This would test the theory of lockout/imbalance. It would be a reset.
- Add 1/2 to 1 tsp/gal epsom salt to the next feeding. This would test whether it's mg def. If problem continued, I'd do the flush.

Cal-mag is a product, yes. It contains calcium and magnesium. Most tap water has enough cal and mag in it, but if your using RO, most likely you will need to supplement with adding calmag because RO and distilled has no elements in it.
Hi guys.... And the answer is.... Yes it was, but it was caused by my ph pen being wrong. My nutes were way too low blocking mg. I flushed with just correctly ph'ed water left for a few days then fed with a light cal mag solution.
Ph is the answer so many times. Will be calibrating a lot more now amd double checking with ph liquid kit.
