Is this due to bugs?

Hello, so I have 3 clones that are now 3 weeks into flower (Same age). One of the 3 plants (orange apricot) isn’t doing as well as the others (sour patch). It’s finally growing faster but parts are stunted and leaves aren’t growing big/ turning yellow.
-grow tent outside
-calmag and carbo load
-fox farms soil
-300 and 1000 watt LEDs
is it a bug or nute problem?
Ill post a picture of the sour that’s seems to be ok and the orange apricot that I’m worried about.
Thank you for your help!!!!

That's a tough one. At 3 weeks in I wouldn't expect any of them to be growing larger in anything besides flower size. Some strains just react different (worse) to the same conditions as another strain. It doesn't look like bugs. Could be a pH issue. You mentioned having them under lights but these pictures look like they are taken outside. Are they all getting the same amount (time) of light?

I take them out if the humidity level gets too high or if I am watering them. I do the same things for all of them though.
