WELL, RECENTLY I'VE BEEN LOOKING AT LIGHTING FOR MY SOON TO BE PLANTS ( my first grow)!!! MY GROWING SPACE IS 2X2 GROWBOX MADE OUT OF WOOD AND ABOUT FOUR AND A HALF FOOT TALL FOR 3 PLANTS NOW I WAS PLANNING ON USING CFL'S FOR THE VEGETATION STAGE AND WAS LOOKING INTO A HPS SYSTEM FOR FLOWERING AND CAME ACROSS A 400 WATT HPS SYSTEM FOR $119.00!!! SO WHAT I WAS WONDERING WOULD THIS BE ENOUGH LIGHT FOR MY 2X2 FOOT FOUR AND HALF FOOT TALL GROWROOM??????

sure, it is big enough for a little grow of 2-3 plants at max. you should keep them in veg damn low or you will run into trouble with your ceiling/HPS in flower! grow only pure indica strains or short growing indica heavy strains for that reason, sativa heavy strains will get to big for sure. don't forget that you have to add the pot to the plant height and leave sufficient space for the HPS;) maybe look into buying a air-cooled version for a few bucks more, it will pay for sure in your little grow;)

Alright Man Thanks For The Help And Yea I Added The Pot On The Height And Actually I Was Thinking Of Making A New Growroom That's A Little Taller And A Little More Room!!!! How Much Room Would You Say I Need Per. Plant?

depends on the method you want to grow with, if you go for a "sea of green" style you will need less then a square foot per plant, for others you will need up to 2.5-3 sq ft at leased. it is partly a question of how tall and bushy you want to grow;)
