Hey guy's im 8 days into 12/12. One of my plants still hasnt shown any preflowers but one of my plants has. I found two little bumps/growth that originally led me to believe my plant was a male. Until i found 3 or 4 set's of pistils on it. Is it possible for a plant to show hermie at the beginning of sexing ?

All three of these pictures are the same plant.

Obviously those are pistils indicating a female flower but those two little bumps are 1 node further down and im not sure because they don't have any pistils. Is my plant a Hermie or what? I was hoping i could get some feedback from some tenured growers.

I would say yes it's a hermie. I do see both on your picture. The first picture I think is the one that very clearly shows male.(Very good picture by the way). The other pics could be just a swollen Calyx but I'm not sure, could be to young to tell. Maybe if it's a good strain just go for seeds. I believe that's how they make feminized seeds so it's up to you what you want to do.

Thats not a hermie, it looks like pure female to me. Those lil nubs are just new growth.

Yeah I was thinking that too. It's too hard to tell when your just looking at a picture. I was just looking again and your right It is lil nubs I was wrong. I am wondering why Chronic said he was going to chop it?

Im not the Dr.Chronic that sells seeds. I need advice cause it's my first grow.

Either way I don't care if you were the other chronic, I help when I can. So here's how I see it you had a hermie and chopped it. You have other female plants too. The problem is when you post on here there are about a million different views you will get.So you need to take the info thats relevant to your situation and dump the rest. If you need help be precise as you can. It really helps with your pics. You must have a great camera. Anyway. Don't just read one answer and then run and chop down a plant. It seems you are doing well because you got them to sex, hell a lot of people can't do that even. If your inside keep them going you seem to have it under control. if they have sexed then you must be under a 12/12 hour cycle. feel free to ask any questions or better yet look up answers first because they really chew on you for asking a question that has been answered a million times. Your plants look great and healthy. Keep up the good work! Remember that once you get nice big buds people tend to not dry and cure them properly. That makes the world of difference. Yummy
