Can you please have a look at these pics and tell me if this plant is ready to be harvested. Don't own a microscope so can't check trich colour but would appreciate any expertise you can provide.

Thanks for the quick replies. I pollinated a few sites just over 3 weeks ago thinking there would still be enough time for the seeds to mature before harvest. Is there anyway I can hang on another 3 weeks with this plant?

Any other options like partially harvesting - i.e harvest the non-pollinated sites and leave the pollinated sites for a while?
