I'd leave it or even lower it, just keep going down until they start to look unhappy then put it back up, pump them with the leds they will plump up big and full of snow.

I had worked down from veg to about 15 and just didn't look like plants were happy and stressing a little from heat. Put it up to 20, but lowered over couple of days to 18. Left it there as a few stems stretched higher than the rest of them. Hoping it will fatten up though. Advanced nutrients Micro, Grow and Bloom with Bud Candy. Just last night I tossed in some Magic Blossom from technaflora that I had laying around. PH is good but still thinking Potassium may have been off for a week or so cause PH pen was whack. Got a new one a week now so that should help with bud size.

Hi, ordered some GG4 from True North supplier Blimburn seeds.
My first time growing in about 20 years and using DWC so it's all new to what I was used to.
3rd week of veg and I am confused to how bushy my plant is and the leaf look and structure. I think it's way too bushy so I moved my light (Spider LED) View attachment 4529519up to 22 inches

So basically is this GG4 and what's up with the look of it.

Hey Ng79,
I have grown GG4 many times. I am no expert by any means. I will say your plant looks typical of the GG4 strain. I usually only grow 2 of these at a time and opt not to SOG or SCROG them. I pinched a couple times and they do spread out nicely. If you have started with good soil, initially I don't add nutes just keep ph 6.5 ish and they have always done well. I try not to overthink and it has always worked for me. Progress pics from ugly to end the of veg, to 9 days till harvest. Hope this helps. They have always started ugly for me.

how did yours turn out?
i have 1 GG#4 blimburn outside in the 5th week of flowering. Looks frosty and typical little tight GG#4 buds. Their genetics seem legit to me. It got away from me to be honest and barely fits in my 10ft tall hoop house lol. Next year i might wait a few weeks to start lol

Yes pleased with the end results! Very frosty, sugary leaves. Beautiful looking and smoking lol. Can't complain got 218 grams after 55 days in flower.

Nice! I was surprised to see the people complaining about blimburn with how my plant looks. Thats why i look this stuff up though, i love to see others experiences with different genetics and breeders.

Yeah my first time growing with DWC hydro. Some plants few weeks in now that are outside. I'll go back to hydro soon. Have some other sour diesel and critical purple from Blimburn.
