Hey this was my first grow and i just started about a month or two ago. I was growing on a 13 watt cfl bulb LOL waiting to get money to buy good shit. but now i have 2 65 watt white cfl's, a40 watt 2700k white cfl, a repti glow 20 watt 2 foot bulb that give it uva and uvb rays. im getting one more good full spectrum and im just gonna bud with the same lights with a timer when it comes down to it. I just changed the bubs over to all them now from the 13 watt so it was very weak about a foot tall and skinny. but now its triples in thickness n the top leaves are looking so dark and good.(this is a middie bag seed) I took pictures of what happened to the bottom leaves. Can anyone tell me what it was that did that? mzybe changing from shitty lights to really good lights so it died off?

Well you didn't post the pics. But I would say that since your plant has just now really started to grow. That you are in need of some fertilizer. Specifically Nitrogen, but that is just a guess. I need pics to be sure. Plants don't use UV rays as far as I know. Just red and blue spectrum.

Fox Farm nutes are awesome. These are like $15-20 a bottle, but one concentrate bottle will last a few grows your size. If you transplant, I'd consider transplanting to Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil as well. I got a 12 quart bag from the hydro store for $8.

Ok ill look into that. I have 7 really good Dro seeds that just germinated as well. There doing very well now that they started off with all this light instead of one bad bulb. Ill keep posting pictures overtime and let everyone know how it's going. :)
