Hey RIU,

I have a plant that is in day 20 into 12/12

and i just fed her a 50% strength solution of 2-2-2 GH Flora series then 2 days letter a 75% solution.

The temps in the box is around 85-87 with 27-30RH
but at times it can reach up to 90-91F with 87% RH - typically after waterings since i leave the run off water at the bottom of the tray to evaporate.

From my other thread; Is this heat stress. I know with soil its bet to detect early rather than late.

I added another light; 23W daylight and switched out the mini 16w daylight for a 23W.

Now i have 6x23w Daylight (2) and Soft white lights(4); Hopefully It doesnt get too hot in there; I checked after an hour or two of running and it was at about 87F 37RH

im not sure if i have to get another PC fan. i have 4 ; 2 in and 2 our. I think i have room for another if necessary but i would rather not.

I got some nice pictures and the sugar leaves look lovely. Too bad they are going to waste since i dont want to deal with the process of making stuff with i have one small plant; Unless someone can convince me otherwise:P (Any thoughts?)

But these white hairs i see some brown tips. Is this heat stress?

They look ok to me but 87 is way too hot for my tastes. I like flowering temps to be 75 max and into the 60s lights off. 87rh?! Yikes. I like rh in the 30's. watch out for mold.

you need to double your fans even your lowest temp is too high imo...that rh needs to come down a whole lot aswell or your gona lose all your crop to mould...why leave your runoff to evaporate when your rh is way too high already your plants will end up drowning...need to sort all that out asap

Thanks for the response everyone.

I position my fans differently.

I turned one of the intakes and made it an exhaust.

Temp ranges for the past 2 days were from 87-90.

Im not sure what else i can do unless i take out some lights.

Here is my setup

Im going to check after an hour or two when the lights turn on. If hot ill try and remove the intake fan as i just realised its hanging in mid air prob blowing hot air around.. It could be skewing and affecting my therm.

Hopefully this fixes it self i would hate to take out lights:P

Yea your all good no heat stress there but you are pushing it a bit with your temp. Besides that it looks like a have a healthy maturing female.

You need a way to bring in some cool fresh air into there. Those cfls shouldn't be causing temps to raise so high.im also a cfl grower. Im going to try n come up with an idea. Be sure to get back to you.
