Is this lamp any good?

Im going to grow indoors, im probably gonna grow Northen Lights x Big Bud.

If these arn't any good, do you know any lamp that is good? it is important that they can ship them to Sweden.

You need a ballast and hood to run that bulb. Its not like a regular bulb you can place in any mogul socket.

I just saw a vid on u-tube...it specificly mentioned those bulbs...this was from respected growers...they said it isnt worth the extra money. apperently they do well in veg but suffer in flowering.....hope that helps...
