Is this light burn?

Under t5 about 7 inches away. First time grow and searched but couldn’t find much. Ffof soil. Small container. No nutes. Could be a lot but wondering if the lights too close. Flipped em to 12/12 on the 1st of July.

Judging by the development of the buds , I’d guess the pistils are browning from light burn . Even a light bulb could burn a bud if its close enough . Id back the lights up at least 3 inches, but personally I never put my lights closer than 12 inches from a plant
 
I missed you said you were using T5s , my mistake . They definitely can be closer in flower than other lights . The pistils turning could just be the phase of the plant since you are about 30 days into flower , thats when some of mine start to go . They look pretty good to me man!

Thanks buddy I was just worried lol. But I’m still learning so thanks for the help buddy
