Is this light good?!

Hello. I was looking for some cheap lightz and came across this. Could anyone please tell me if this light is any good? Thanx.

Your going to need something to plug that into or work the wiring yourself man. 150W is good for only a couple plants. I would reccomend a 250W or 400W as they arent that much more expensive yet you can use them for a wide range of plants. It also depends on how many plants you want to grow and what strain.
